The Falcom Small Cap Mutual Fund will distribute $109,840,040 in dividends, corresponding to 30% of Net Earnings Received for fiscal year 2022. The dividend will be distributed proportionally among the Fund's series of shares and paid in cash as of June 14, 2023.
At its Ordinary Assembly of Contributors, Falcom Small Cap Chile approved the Fund's annual account and financial statements for the year 2022, elected the members of the Supervisory Committee for the 2023 fiscal year and appointed Grant Thornton as the external audit firm for the same period.
