LarrainVial Activos convenes the Ordinary Assembly of Contributors of the Larrain Vial PAI Partners Europe VII Investment Fund on May 26, 2023 to approve the Fund's annual account, elect members of the Supervisory Committee, approve the Committee's expense budget, appoint the external audit firm and independent appraisers, and deal with any matter of common interest. Contributors may participate and vote in the Assembly by technological means.
