Zurich Chile Seguros de Vida S.A. has agreed to issue 21,028,187 paid-in shares and 23,338,011 new paid-in shares. The statutory pre-emptive option period for the Payment Shares will begin on May 25, 2023 and the shares will be offered to shareholders pro rata to the shares they hold registered in their name in the Company's Shareholders' Register. The share price will be $1,065.- per share.
