In compliance with the provisions of article nine of the Law
18.045 of the Securities Market, and in paragraph a of number V of the General Standard
N? 275 dated January 19, 2010 of the Superintendency of Securities and Insurance of Chile
(now Comisión para el Mercado Financiero), Grant Thornton Chile SpA (formerly TAAS Audit)
SpA), a company registered under number 100 in the Register of External Audit Companies,
hereinafter also “Our Firm”, communicates the following to the market in general and to the
commission that you preside, as a “Relevant Fact”:
That, the Executive Committee of Our Firm has agreed and
accepted the incorporation as a partner, of Mr. Alejandro Andrés Gutiérrez Varela, ID
National Identity N* 16.743.129-1, which will be effective as of July 15, 129-1
2022.
It is also noted that, once the
procedures corresponding to such incorporation, a copy of the documents that are
pertinent will be sent to the Commission for the Financial Market, for the purpose of requesting
the updating of the registration data of Our Firm in the Registry of Companies of
External Audit, specifically in relation to: (i) its share capital and structure
proprietary; and, (1i) list of partners authorized to direct, conduct and subscribe reports
of audit.
