REF: Summons to Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors
Investment Fund SURA Renta Inmobiliaria TI
From our consideration:
We inform you, that the directory of General Administrator
of Fondos SURA S.A., has decided to convene in first summons to Extraordinary Assembly of
Contributors of Fondo de Inversión SURA Renta Inmobiliaria III (hereinafter the “Fund”) in the offices
of street Avda. Apoquindo 4820, 16th floor, Las Condes, city of Santiago, and in order to ensure the
participation of contributors who cannot attend the Assembly in person, the Society
Administrator has enabled the TEAMS or Go to Webinar Platform (approved technological means
by the Board of Directors of the Management Company, in accordance with the provisions of the Commission for
the Financial Market, through General Rule N*435 and Official Circular N*1.141, both
dated March 18, 2020).
The Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors will be held in first summons on October 14, 2022, at
10.00 a.m., in order to deal with the following matters:
e To amend Article 27″ of the Fund’s Rules of Procedure, in order to establish that
the fixed remuneration that the Management Company will be entitled to receive will be “up to
” the maximum amount defined in the aforementioned article.
e Amend Title XVI. of the Rules of Procedure of the Fund, in order to establish that
any publication which, by provision of the Law, its Regulations, or the CMF must
be carried out, it will be done on the website of the Management Company.
e To amend Article 58″ of the Fund’s Rules of Procedure, in order to amend the
conditions in which the Extraordinary Assemblies of Contributors must be held, in
private eliminating the mention of the need to carry them out before a notary.
e The adoption of such other agreements as may be necessary to implement the decisions
of the Assembly.
They will have the right to participate in the Assembly, the contributors who are registered in the Registry of
Contributors 5 working days in advance of the date of its celebration.
The qualifications of powers, if applicable, shall be made on the same day as the Assembly, at the place of its
celebration, and at the time at which it is to begin.
