Ref: Distribution of Provisional Dividends Investment Fund SURA Renta Inmobiliaria II
From our consideration:
In my capacity as representative to the Commission for the Financial Market (hereinafter “CMF”) of
Administradora General de Fondos SURA S.A. (hereinafter the “Sociedad Administradora”), management company
of the Investment Fund SURA Renta Inmobiliaria IL, (hereinafter the “Fund”), and in accordance with the provisions of
Article 18 of Law No. 20,712 and Articles 9 and 10, second paragraph, of Law No. 18,045, and the Character Norm
General N*30 of the Commission for the Financial Market, being duly empowered by the Board of Directors of the
Management Company, I hereby inform you as an Essential Fact of the Investment Fund
SURA Renta Inmobiliaria II, the following:
1. That, at the Board Meeting of the company Administradora General de Fondos SURA S.A. held
With this date, the distribution of provisional dividends of the SURA Investment Fund was agreed
Renta Inmobiliaria H, charged to the results of the year 2023, for the sum of
$426.850.719- pesos.
2. The approximate value payable by installment will be $347,191 for both series A and series l.
3. This dividend will be paid on April 6, 2023, at the offices of the Management Company.
General de Fondos SURA S.A., in cash, check or bank transfer, and will be entitled
to it the contributors who appear registered in the Register of Contributors of the Fund at midnight of the
fifth working day prior to the date fixed for payment.
4. A notice accounting for the payment of the dividend reported shall be published in the newspaper “El Mostrador”.
