REF: Communicates agreements Extraordinary Assembly of
Contributors Investment Fund SURA Real Estate Global
From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of Article 9* and the second paragraph of Article 10? of the Law of
Securities Market, in relation to Article 18 of Law No. 20,712, finding myself
duly authorized, I hereby inform you as an essential fact of FUND.
DE INVERSIÓN SURA REAL ESTATE GLOBAL (the “Fund”), which on January 24 is
held in second summons the Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors of the Fund, in which
adopted, inter alia, the following agreements:
1. To approve an amendment to the current text of the Rules of Procedure of the Fund as regards
referred to numeral 14.1 “Capital Decreases”, of Title 14.
2. To adopt such other agreements as may be necessary to implement the decisions of the
