Ref: Distribution of Provisional Dividends Investment Fund SURA Real Estate Global
From our consideration:
In my capacity as representative to the Commission for the Financial Market (hereinafter “CMF”) of
Administradora General de Fondos SURA S.A, (hereinafter the “Sociedad Administradora”), management company
of the SURA Real Estate Global Investment Fund, (hereinafter the “Fund”, and in accordance with the provisions of the
Article 18 of Law No. 20,712 and Articles 9 and 10, second paragraph, of Law No. 18,045, and the Character Norm
General N*30 of the Commission for the Financial Market, being duly empowered by the Board of Directors of the
Management Company, I hereby inform you as an Essential Fact of the Investment Fund
SURA Real Estate Global, RUN N* 10165-6, the following:
1. That, at the Board Meeting of the company Administradora General de Fondos SURA S.A., held
On July 20, 2022, the distribution of provisional dividends of the Investment Fund was agreed
SURA Real Estate Global, charged to the results of the year 2022, for the sum of USD $
116.193,21.
2. The approximate value payable by installment will be USD $ 0.5009 for Series A
3. This dividend will be paid on July 27, 2022, at the offices of the General Management Company
of Fondos SURA S.A., in cash, check or bank transfer, and will be entitled to it the
contributors who are registered in the Register of Contributors of the SURA Real Estate Investment Fund
Global at midnight on the fifth working day preceding the date fixed for payment.
4. A notice of the distribution of the dividend reported shall be published in the newspaper “El
Counter.”
