Administradora General de Fondos SURA S.A. (hereinafter the “Sociedad Administradora”), a company
administrator of the Investment Fund SURA Capital Inmobiliario Chile, (hereinafter the “Fund”), pursuant to
with the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20,712 and Articles 9 and 10, second paragraph of Law No. 18,045, and the
General Standard N*30 of the Commission for the Financial Market, I hereby inform you at
As an Essential Fact of the Investment Fund SURA Capital Inmobiliario Chile, the following:
1. That, at the Ordinary Meeting of the Board of Directors of the company Administradora General de Fondos SURA S.A.,
held on this date, the distribution of provisional dividends of the Investment Fund was agreed
SURA Capital Inmobiliario Chile, charged to the profits of the year 2023, for the sum of $
105.957.077.- pesos approximately.
2. The approximate value to be paid per fee (pesos) will be $ 487.00 for both Series A and
L Series
3. This dividend will be paid on February 14, 2023, at the offices of the Management Company
General de Fondos SURA S.A., in cash, check or bank transfer, and will have
right to it the contributors who are registered in the Register of Contributors of the Investment Fund
SURA Capital Inmobiliario Chile at midnight on the fifth business day prior to the date set for the
payment.
