From our consideration:
In my capacity as General Manager of the Administradora General de Fondos SURA S.A. (hereinafter the
“Sociedad Administradora”), management company of the Investment Fund SURA Capital Inmobiliario Chile, (in
hereinafter the “Fund”), and in accordance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20,712 and Articles 9 and
10 second paragraph of Law 18,045, and General Standard No. 30 of the Commission for the Financial Market,
being duly empowered by the Board of Directors of the Management Company, I hereby communicate to you at
As an Essential Fact of the Investment Fund SURA Capital Inmobiliario Chile, the following:
1. That, at the Ordinary Meeting of the Board of Directors of the company Administradora General de Fondos SURA S.A.,
held on October 19, 2022, the distribution of provisional dividends of the Fund was agreed
of Inversión SURA Capital Inmobiliario Chile, charged to the profits of the year 2022, for the sum
of $ 105.775.342.- pesos approximately.
2. The approximate value to be paid per fee (pesos) will be $ 486.1647 for both Series A and
L Series
3. This dividend will be paid on November 8, 2022, at the offices of the Management Company.
General de Fondos SURA S.A., in cash, check or bank transfer, and will be entitled
to him the contributors that appear registered in the Register of Contributors of the SURA Investment Fund
Capital Inmobiliario Chile at midnight on the fifth business day prior to the date set for payment.
