From our consideration:
In my capacity as representative to the Commission for the Financial Market (hereinafter “CMF”) of
Administradora General de Fondos SURA S.A, (hereinafter the “Sociedad Administradora”), management company
of the Investment Fund SURA Capital Inmobiliario Chile, (hereinafter the “Fund”), and in accordance with the provisions
in Article 18 of Law No. 20,712 and Articles 9 and 10, second paragraph, of Law No. 18,045, and the Character Norm
General N*30 of the Commission for the Financial Market, being duly empowered by the Board of Directors of the
Management Company, I hereby inform you as an Essential Fact of the Investment Fund
SURA Capital Inmobiliario Chile, RUN N* 10114-1, the following:
1. That, at an extraordinary meeting of the Board of Directors of the company Administradora General de Fondos SURA
S.A., held on July 20, 2022, agreed to the distribution of provisional dividends of the
Investment Fund SURA Capital Inmobiliario Chile, charged to the profits of the year 2022, for
The sum of $ 88, 658, 188.- pesos approximately.
2. The amount payable per installment (pesos) will be $407.4908 for both Series A and Series 1.
3. This dividend will be paid on August 4, 2022, at the offices of the Management Company
General de Fondos SURA S.A., in cash, check or bank transfer, and will be entitled
to him the contributors that appear registered in the Register of Contributors of the SURA Investment Fund
Capital Inmobiliario Chile at midnight on the fifth business day prior to the date set for payment.
