From our consideration:
In my capacity as General Manager of Administradora General de Fondos Sura S.A., an administration company
of the Fondo de Inversión Sura Capital Inmobiliario Chile (hereinafter the “Fund”), in accordance with the
provided in Article 9 and second paragraph of Article No. 10 of Law No. 18,045 and the Character Rule
General N? 30 of this Commission and being duly empowered, I hereby inform you in
of Essential Fact the following:
That on May 17, 2022, the Ordinary Assembly of Contributors was held, in which it was agreed
next:
1. The annual account of the Fund presented by the Administrator, relating to the
management and administration of the Fund, and the financial statements for the year 2021.
2. The election of the members of the Supervisory Committee was approved, the following being appointed:
1.- Paul R. Mazoyer
2.- Yoanna Villalobos and
3.- Roger Mogrovejo M.
3. The revenue and expenditure budget of the Supervisory Committee was adopted unanimously
agreeing on a budget of 150 annual development units.
4. The remuneration of the Supervisory Committee was approved unanimously and
remuneration of UF 20 gross for each one per session they attend, with a maximum of 5
paid sessions per year.
5. The annual appointment of Surlatina as external auditors from among those registered was approved
in the register kept for this purpose by the Commission for the Financial Market, so that they can rule
on the Fund.
6. It was pointed out that due to the type of assets in which the Fund invests, it is not necessary to carry out the
designation of valuers of the Fund’s investments. It was therefore approved by the
assembly to omit the vote on this item in the Table.
