Ref: Distribution of Provisional Dividends Investment Fund SURA Real Estate Capital
From our consideration:
In my capacity as representative to the Commission for the Financial Market (hereinafter “CMF”) of
Administradora General de Fondos SURA S.A, (hereinafter the “Sociedad Administradora”), management company
of the SURA Capital Inmobiliario Investment Fund, (hereinafter the “Fund”), and in accordance with the provisions of
Article 18 of Law No. 20,712 and Articles 9 and 10, second paragraph, of Law No. 18,045, and the Character Norm
General N*30 of the Commission for the Financial Market, being duly empowered by the Board of Directors of the
Management Company, I hereby communicate to you as an Essential Fact the following:
1. That, at the Board Meeting of the company Administradora General de Fondos SURA S.A., held
On April 19, 2022, the distribution of provisional dividends of the Investment Fund was agreed
SURA Capital Inmobiliario, charged to the profits of the year 2022, for the sum of
$83.816.486.- pesos.
2. The amount to be paid by installment will be $385.2374.
3. This dividend will be paid on May 3, 2022, at the offices of the General Management Company.

contributors that are registered in the Register of Contributors of the SURA Capital Investment Fund
Real estate at midnight on the fifth business day prior to the date set for payment.
4. A notice accounting for the payment of the reported dividend shall be published on the website
www.inversiones.sura.cl.”
