From our consideration:
In my capacity as representative to the Commission for the Financial Market (hereinafter “CMF”) of
Administradora General de Fondos SURA S.A, (hereinafter the “Sociedad Administradora”), management company
of the SURA Acciones Emergentes Investment Fund, (hereinafter the “Fund”), and in accordance with the provisions of
Article 18 of Law No. 20,712 and Articles 9 and 10, second paragraph, of Law No. 18,045, and the Character Norm
General N*30 of the Commission for the Financial Market, being duly empowered by the Board of Directors of the
Management Company, I hereby inform you as an Essential Fact of the Investment Fund
SURA Emerging Stocks, RUN N? 9491-9, as follows:
1.
That, at the last Board of Directors Meeting of the company Administradora General de Fondos SURA S.A.,
the distribution of definitive dividends of the Investment Fund SURA Acciones Emergentes was agreed,
charged to the results of the year 2021, for the amount of $ 4,991,000.-
The amount of the dividend to be paid will correspond to the value resulting from dividing the amount indicated above by
the number of shares outstanding, excluding those shares of own issue held by the Fund.
This dividend will be paid on June 7, 2022, at the offices of the General Administrator Company.

of the Fund, according to the value of the quota on the day of payment of these. In case of not reaching the integer of the

of the Investment Fund SURA Acciones Emergentes at midnight on the fifth business day prior to the
date fixed for payment.
