Dear Sir or Madam:
In compliance with the provisions of articles 9 and 10 second paragraph of Law 18,045, as well as the
instructed by this Commission in General Rule N*30, Section H point 2.2 letter A, by this act and
Duly authorized, I come to inform the following:
By Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on March 26, 2020, the minutes of which are
reduced to public deed on June 8, 2020 in the Notary of Santiago Mrs. María Soledad Lascar,
authorized by the Commission for the Financial Market by Exempt Resolution N*3131 on June 17,
2020, it was agreed to increase the share capital by issuing 100,000,000 payment shares, of a
same series and without nominal value.
The Board of Directors of the Company in an extraordinary meeting held on July 22, agreed to
unanimously issue 33,090,669 shares at the price indicated by the Meeting, that is, $ 6,044.- per share,
making the corresponding publications in the Financial Journal starting on July 30, 2022 on
Preferred subscription and payment option period. To date, shareholders have exercised their option
