In compliance with the provisions of articles 9 and 10 second paragraph of Law 18,045, as well as
as instructed by this Commission in General Rule No. 30, by this act and

At its regular meeting held on June 30, 2022, the Board unanimously agreed to
that Mr. Rafael Ramirez Cerda, as subrogant, will exercise the position of General Manager of
the Company as of July 1, 2022 and that, as communicated by fact
essential on May 30, the appointment of the new General Manager will be informed
timely to this Commission and to the market.
