as instructed by this Commission in General Rule No. 30, by this act and

At the Board meeting held on May 26, the dismissal from office was accepted.
of General Manager Mr. Sebastian Trench Fernandez, which will be effective as of 30
June 2022. Those present thanked the commitment, professionalism and contribution given to the
Company during his management. The appointment of the new General Manager will be informed
timely to this Commission and to the market.
