Ref.: Informs resolutions of the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting.
Dear Sir or Madam:
In compliance with the provisions of articles 9 and 10 paragraph 2 of Law 18,045, and the provisions of the
General Rule N230 of that Commission, by this act and duly authorized, I come in
Report the following:
On April 21 of this year, at 3 p.m. at the registered office, the Meeting was held
Ordinary Shareholders of Suaval Compañía de Seguros de Garantía y Créditos S.A. in which they were adopted,
Among others, the following agreements, all by unanimity and acclamation:
e Agreement N*1: Define the structure and amount of directors’ allowances for the financial year
2022.-
e Decision N”2: Approve in all its parts the audited Financial Statements and Balance Sheet
General of the year 2021 presented and previously approved by the Board of Directors on 07 of
March 2022.
e Agreement N?3: Agree not to share profits charged to the year 2021.
e Decision N*4: Appoint Grant Thornton Chile as External Auditors for the financial year
2022.
e Agreement N*5: To designate ICR Chile and ICR Chile as the Company’s risk classifiers.
Feller Rate.
e Agreement N*6: Keep El Mercurio as the newspaper of Santiago to make the
necessary publications of the Company according to current regulations.
e Agreement N”7: Renew the Board of Directors by appointing its members for the year 2022
who shall elect their president at the next ordinary session.
