The Chairman of the Board of Directors has learned of the resignation from the position of titular director of
Ricardo Matte Eguiguren and Ricardo Brancoli Bravo, both based on personal reasons.
They pointed out that their resignation is to count from this date and thanked the trust given to them during
the years of exercise in office.
I note that the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting scheduled for April 21 at 3 p.m.
