Ref.: Summons to the Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting.
Dear Sir or Madam:
In compliance with the provisions of Article 63 of Law 18,046 on Corporations and
Circular 662 of the Commission for the Financial Market, I inform you, as an essential fact, that
next:
At the Regular Session of the Board of Directors corresponding to March 2022, by unanimity of the
Directors present it was agreed to call an Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to be held at the end of the first
Four-month period of 2022. The designation of day and time was proposed to the shareholders because there was certainty of the
attendance of one hundred percent of the issued shares with voting rights, being definitively fixed
for Thursday, April 21, 2022, at 3 p.m., at the registered office located in Alonso de Córdova
N*5320, office N” 1501, commune of Las Condes, Santiago, in order that the shareholders may
pronounce on the following matters:
1) Remuneration of the Board of Directors for the business year 2022.
2) To decide on the report, balance sheet and other financial statements of
the Company as of December 31, 2021.
3) Decide on possible distribution of dividends and future distribution policy
Dividends.
4) To decide on the appointment of the external auditors for the 2022 business year.
5) Decide on the designation of Risk Classifiers for the 2022 business year.
6) Determine the newspaper of the city of Santiago for future social publications.
7) Know the account about operations with related parties, and
8) Other matters pertaining to the ordinary shareholders’ meeting.
For having certainty regarding the attendance of one hundred percent of the shares issued with right
