STRUCTURED MUTUAL FUND CREDICORP CAPITAL NOMINAL INCOME
From our consideration:
Pursuant to article 9 and article 10, second paragraph, of Law No.
18.045 on the Securities Market, in relation to Article 18 of Law No. 20.712,
Being duly empowered, I hereby communicate to you and to the market at
general, as an essential fact of the Structured Mutual Fund Credicorp Capital
Nominal Income (the “Fund”, fund managed by Credicorp Capital Asset Management
S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the “Administrator”, the following:
On December 6, 2022, the Fund will begin its marketing period of
Installments, which will have a maximum duration of ninety days.
It should be noted that, in accordance with the rules of procedure, the Fund may close
in advance of the marketing period. In this case, the Administrator
communicate this situation to the Commission for the Financial Market and to the unit-holders which
have already subscribed within 24 hours of the early closure of that period,
By email or, failing that, letter to the address registered by the participant.
Likewise, a notice will be published on the website of the Administrator
(credicorpcapital.com/Chile).
The investment period will begin at the end of the marketing period. In case of
Early closing of the marketing period, the investment period will begin at
continuation of this closure, in both cases this will be communicated to the participants of
according to what is indicated in the previous paragraph.
