Pursuant to Articles 9* and 10? of Law N2 18.045 on
Securities Market and the provisions of letter A.a) of Section |! of the General Standard
N? 486 and in numeral 5.1.7 of Section IV of General Standard N*30, we communicate
to you that on this date a bond placement was made in the local market,
dematerialized and bearer, registered in the Securities Registry of that Commission under the number
1121 dated October 20, 2022.
The conditions of the aforementioned placement are: Emisor Azul Azul S.A., Series A bonds, Mnemonic
BULLA-A, for a total amount of UF 400,000 (four hundred thousand Development Units), with a date of
Maturity on September 15, 2032, at a placement rate of 6.00%.
