In accordance with the provisions of Articles 9 and 10 of Law 18,045, on the Securities Market, and other legal provisions in force, we hereby inform you as an essential fact, with respect to STF CAPITAL CORREDORES DE BOLSA SpA, that in an extraordinary board meeting held on this date, the resignation of Mr. Luis Flores Cuevas as Chief Executive Officer of the company was acknowledged and accepted, which will become effective today.
As a consequence of the above, the Board of Directors of the Company, in the same meeting, agreed to appoint Mr. Alejandro Esteban Avila Huerta as the new Chief Executive Officer of STF CAPITAL CORREDORES DE BOLSA SpA, effective as of this date.
