From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of Article 9 and 10 second paragraph of Law No. 18,045 on
Stock Market, we inform that on October 19, 2022, contracts of
purchase and sale and transfer of shares of the company STF CAPITAL CORREDORES DE BOLSA SpA.
The shareholder Inversiones Ganeden Limitada, sold, assigned and transferred 54 shares of the
company STF CORREDORES DE BOLSA SpA, which corresponded to its entire shareholding, and
in this operation, shares were sold and transferred to the company Inversiones Das Limitada, RUT
No. 76.035.294-2; Asesorías e Inversiones Manada SpA, RUT N* 77.235.116-K; and society
Asesorías e Inversiones Shafahaas Limitada, RUT N* 76.057.750-2.
Consequently, and after the sale and transfer indicated, the current composition of the company
It is as follows:
– INVERSIONES DAS LIMITADA owns 351 shares representing 60.52%
of the statutory capital.
– ASESORIAS E INVERSIONES MANADA SpA owns 134 shares that
They represent 23.1% of the statutory capital.
– ASESORÍAS E INVERSIONES SHAFAHAAS LIMITADA, owns 63 shares that
They represent 10.86% of the statutory capital.
– ASESORÍA E INVERSIONES SAN NICOLÁS LIMITADA owns 32 shares that
They represent 5.52% of the statutory capital.
