Essential Fact that, on July 27, 2022, the resignation was requested
of the General Manager of the State Railway Company, Mr.
Patricio Enrique Pérez Gómez.
As a result of the above, on this date the Board agreed that
will assume as Interim General Manager, Mr. Ricardo Montecino Leonard,
who will hold the position until the appointment of a new General Manager.
