Law N*18.045, and Circular N%991 issued by the Market Commission
Financial, hereby, and being duly authorized,
we communicate as a fundamental fact of Starr International Insurance
Generales S.A. (the Company), the following:
At the Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors held on February 24, 2023, it was informed
to the Board of Directors of the Company that Mr. Alfredo Palma, Legal and
Compliance of Starr International Seguros Generales S.A., will stop providing
services to the Company, in search of new professional challenges. Thank
Mr. Palma the work done during his stay at the Starr Group.
In addition, at the aforementioned Regular Board Meeting, the Board of Directors of the
Company Appoints Mrs. Pamela Calzadilla Cerpa as Compliance Officer
interim of the Company, beginning its functions as of March 1, 2023.
