Ref.: Announces the call for an Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting.
From our consideration,
In accordance with the provisions of article 63 law No. 18,046 of Corporations, I communicate
that the Board of Directors of Southbridge Compañía de Seguros Generales S.A., in session of March 30
of 2023, agreed to convene an Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting, for Friday, April 30, 2023 at
2:30 p.m., at the offices located at Presidente Riesco 5335, 15th floor, Las Condes commune,
Santiago, which will be held remotely.
The subjects to be discussed are the following:
a) To pronounce on the memory, balance sheet and report of External Auditors corresponding to the
year ended December 31, 2022.
b) Profit for the year ended December 31, 2022.
c) Election of the members of the Board of Directors.
d) Designation of external audit firm for the year 2023.
f) Account on the operations of Title XVI of Law No. 18,046.
9) Other matters of social interest that are specific to the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting.

The Board agreed to omit the publication of subpoena notices, since the
security of attendance of all issued shares with voting rights of the Company.
The Company’s Financial Statements as of December 31, 2022, will be published on December 14, 2022.

interest, sending the corresponding information to that Commission, in accordance with current regulations.
