Ref.: Announces the call for an Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting.
From our consideration,
In accordance with the provisions of Circular N* 991, of that Commission, you are informed
that at its meeting of April 29, 2022, the Board of Directors of Southbridge General Insurance Company
S.A., hereinafter indistinctly the “Company”, agreed to convene an Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting
to be held on June 16, 2022, at 11:30 a.m., which will be held at the offices of
Presidente Riesco 5335, 15th floor, commune of Las Condes, Santiago, in order for shareholders
pronounce on the following matters:
A) Modify the bylaws, incorporating a clause that considers as purpose or
focus of the Company, in the development of its activities, the generation of an impact
positive for the community, people linked to society and the environment,
including the policies of the so-called “Company B” (B Corp.), under the
Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) principles.
B) Adopt all necessary measures to implement the agreements adopted by the Board
Extraordinary Shareholders.
