In accordance with the provisions of Commission Circular No. 991 for the
Financial Market, I inform you, as an essential and relevant fact, that
at the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held on April 29 of the current year,
The following was discussed and agreed unanimously by the shareholders present:
– Approval of the Report, the Balance Sheet, the Financial Statements and the
the External Auditors for the year ended December 31, 2021.
– Designate as an external audit firm for the year 2022 to
PricewaterhouseCoopers Consultores Auditores SpA.
– To elect as Directors of the Company: Bijan Khosrowshahi, Fabricio
Campos, Simon Bobbin, Ricardo Peralta Valenzuela and José Antonio Gutiérrez Isensee.
– Likewise, in a regular meeting of the Board of Directors held on the same day, it was agreed
to appoint Mr. Bijan Khosrowshahi as Chairman of the Board of Directors and of the Company.
