From our consideration:
In compliance with the provisions of General Rule No. 30 of that Commission, and
to the provisions of Articles 9 and 10, second paragraph, of Law No. 18,045 on the
Values, hereby, duly empowered for this purpose, I come to inform, in
character of Essential or Relevant Fact with respect to Soprole Inversiones S.A. (the
“Society”), which in extraordinary session held today, the Board of Directors of the Company
noted the resignation of Mr Kelvin Wickham as Chief Officer,
and the resignation of Mr. Juan Pablo Matus Pickering from his position as alternate director.
Additionally, at the same meeting and in response to the aforementioned resignations, the Board of Directors
of the Society appointed Mr. Andrew Cordner as a substitute director until
next ordinary meeting of shareholders of the Company, opportunity in which it must proceed
to the total renewal of the Board of Directors in accordance with the law.
