From our consideration:
By means of the present and pursuant to the provisions of article 9 of DFL 251, in
Relationship with article 9 and 10 paragraph 2 of Law 18,045, we communicate to you the following fact
essential of the insurance company Solunion Chile Seguros de Crédito S.A.:
At a meeting of the Board of Directors held on March 29, 2023, Management was informed
of the resignation of Mr. Jóerg-Uwe Lerch from the position of General Manager, with effect from April 1,
2023.
The Board of Directors accepted his resignation as General Manager, with that effective date and left
proof of their gratitude for the services rendered and their effective and loyal collaboration,
wishing you every success.
For this reason, the Board of Directors agreed to appoint to the position of General Manager, with effect from 1 of
April 2023, to Mrs. Leticia San Segundo Sánchez, who has more than two decades of
experience in the credit and guarantee insurance sector and until now he held the
position of Head of the Office of the CEO of the Solunion Group, of which Solunion Chile
is part of, and was in charge of, the Office of Transformation and Strategy, responsible for the
coordination and implementation of Strategic Plans.
