Board of Directors held on December 19, 2022, Mr. David García Jiménez has been
appointed to the position of Manager of the Business Risk area, with effect at 1
January 2023, replacing Mr. José Antonio Garrido Pascuet who assumes new
responsibilities within the Solunion Group in Spain.
The Board expressed its gratitude to Mr. Garrido, highlighting his effective and loyal
collaboration, wishing you success in your new roles.
Mr. Garcia has more than 10 years in the insurance industry, and has specialized in
credit insurance, tasks he has performed in recent years in the Solunion Group.
