Pursuant to Article 9 of DFL 251,
In relation to article 9 and 10 paragraph 2 of Law 18,045, we communicate to you the
next essential fact of the insurance company Solunion Chile Seguros de
Crédito S.A.:
At the Board meeting held on April 25, 2022, the resignation was informed
to the charge of the Director Mrs. Thiresia Skarlatou with immediate effect, who
will take on new responsibilities in the Allianz Trade Group, which was accepted.
The Board of Directors, expressly recorded its recognition and gratitude to Mrs.
Skarlatou, highlighting its participation, dedication and initiatives that for more than five
years contributed to the development of Solunion Chile.
It was also indicated that in accordance with the provisions of article 32 of the Law on
Corporations, at the next Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting must proceed
to the total renewal of the Board of Directors.
