Regulation and Circulars of the Commission for the Financial Market (former SVS),
we have been informing about the celebration of the Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting
of Solunion Chile Seguros de Crédito, S.A. to be held on April 27, 2022 at 09:30
hrs,, in the offices of the company located in Isidora Goyenechea street N? 3520, 14th floor,
The purpose of the aforementioned meeting will be to deal with the following matters:
1. Annual Report, Balance Sheet, Income Statements and Report of the External Auditors
corresponding to the year ended December 31, 2021.
2. Distribution of profits for the year ended December 31, 2021.
3. Renewal of the Board of Directors.
4, Remuneration of the Board of Directors.
5. Appointment of external auditors.
6. Designation of Risk Classifiers.
7. Account of the operations of Title XVI of Law N* 18.046 of Corporations.
8. Designation of newspaper for legal publications to be made by the Company.
9. Other matters within the competence of the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting.
The Board of Directors, at its meeting on March 22, 2022, issued this call and
agreed to omit the publication of the notices of rigor since it has the security of
the attendance of all the shareholders of the Company.
The Company’s Financial Statements as of December 31, 2021 will be published on the website
of the Company’s internet (http://www.solunion.cl/memorias-y-estados-financieros/),
in accordance with the terms and deadlines established in Article 76 of Law No. 13,046, sent
