By resolution of the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting dated April 21, 2023, it was agreed
pay to the shareholders of SOCOVESA S.A., as of May 10, 2023, a
Final dividend, in money, amounting to $1.56605.- per share.-, totaling
$ 1,916,744,489.- to be distributed, equivalent to 30.00% of the susceptible profits
to be distributed according to the Balance Sheet and Financial Statements of the company as of 31
December 2022, approved by the same Board.
The shareholders of the single series of shares of the
Companies that are registered in the Shareholders’ Register at midnight on
Fifth business day prior to the date indicated for payment. In accordance with art. 10 of the
Regulation on Corporations, the notice of this right of shareholders will be
published in the Electronic Newspaper El Mostrador dated May 02, 2023.
