At the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held on April 21, 2023, shareholders
of Socovesa S.A. adopted the following relevant agreements:
1. The Annual Report and the Balance Sheet, Financial Statements and Report of
the External Auditors for the year between 1? of January
2022 and December 31, 2022.
2. The distribution of the final dividend N* 36, amounting to $1.56605.- per share, was approved,
according to detail reported in essential fact referred below;
3. The Company’s dividend policy was approved, subject to the legal provisions
in force, in order to distribute annually at least 30% of the distributable net profit.
4. The audit firm EY was appointed as External Auditors for the Financial Year 2023
