At the regular meeting of the Board of Directors held on April 28, 2022, it was agreed
unanimously of its members to appoint as President of Socovesa S.A.
the period May 2022 – April 2025 to Mr. Javier Gras Rudloff and as his
Vice-President to Mr. Rene Castro Delgado.
In addition, the Directors’ Committee was formed, being integrated by the director
Independent Mr. Nicolás Gellona Amunátegui and by the directors Mr.
Fernando Barros Tocornal and José Tomás Izquierdo Silva. The Presidency of
this Committee will be staffed by Mr. Gellona.
