next, which has the character of ESSENTIAL FACT of my represented, registered under the
N? 983 of the Securities Registry under your charge:
At the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held on April 14, 2022, shareholders
of Socovesa S.A. adopted the following relevant agreements:
1. The Annual Report and Balance Sheet, Financial Statements and Report of the
External Auditors corresponding to the year between January 1% of
2021 and December 31, 2021.
2. The distribution of the final dividend N* 35, amounting to $13.50.- per share, was approved,
according to detail reported in essential fact referred below;
3. The Company’s dividend policy was approved, subject to the legal provisions
in force, in order to distribute annually at least 30% of the distributable net profit.
4. The Board of Directors of the Society was elected for the period 2022-2025, being composed
by Mrs. Fabiola Negrón Granzotto and by Mr. Fernando Barros Tocornal, René
Castro Delgado, Nicolás Gellona Amunategui, Rodrigo Gras Rudloff, Javier Gras Rudloff and
José Tomás Izquierdo Silva. Of these, Mr. Gellona was elected as Director

5. The audit firm EY was appointed as External Auditors for the Financial Year 2022
