Madam President:
In accordance with the provisions of Article 9 and the second paragraph of Article 10 of the
Securities Market Law, to the provisions of General Rule No. 30 of the
Commission for the Financial Market, and being duly authorized, I inform in
essential factual character of Sociedad Química y Minera de Chile S.A., registered in the
Securities Registry with the number 184 (the “Company”, the following:
On this date, the Board of Directors of the Company agreed to pay a provisional dividend.
equivalent to USS 1.84914 per share, charged to the 2022 earnings of the
Society. This amount will be paid in its equivalent in pesos national currency of
agreement with the value of the Observed Dollar published in the Official Journal of the
October 3, 2022.
The payment of this dividend will be made in favor of the shareholders, personally or to
through their duly authorized representatives, from 9:00 a.m.
October 6, 2022. They will be entitled to the dividend indicated above the gentlemen
shareholders of the Company who are registered in the respective registry the fifth
Business day prior to the date of delivery.
