Article 10, both of Law 18.045 on the Securities Market, in Law N*18.046 on
Public Limited Companies and in the General Rule N*30 of the Commission for the
Financial Market, being duly empowered to this effect, I come to inform
to you that Mr. Fernando Wenzel Rojas will cease to belong to the company and
exercise the functions of Finance Manager of the company next Tuesday 28 of
February. As of that date, the position will be held by Mr. Daniel Lazo Varas.
