Hereby, in accordance with the provisions of Article 9 and the second paragraph of Article
10, both of Law 18.045 on Securities Market, in Law N*18.046 on Companies
Anonymous and in the General Standard N*30 of the Commission for the Financial Market,
Being duly empowered to do so, I come to inform you of the
following essential facts concerning Sociedad Nacional de Oleoductos S.A. (“the Company”):
As of today, the Company became aware of the letters of resignation of the directors
holders Alejandro Álvarez Lorca, Juan Diuana Yunis and Alejandro Palma Rioseco; and, of the
alternate directors Andrés Lira Molina, Alfredo Jalón Ovalle and Alejandro Pino Mora.
We would be grateful if the Commission had presented this information and considered the
legal and regulatory rules that oblige the Company to provide it.
