From our consideration:
Hereby, in accordance with the provisions of Article 9 and the second paragraph of the
Article 10, both of Law 18.045 on the Securities Market, in Law N*18.046 on
Public Limited Companies and in the General Rule N*30 of the Commission for the
Financial Market, being duly empowered to this effect, I come to inform
to you in respect of the following essential fact concerning the National Society of
Oleoductos S.A. (“the Company”):
The Board of Directors of the Company took cognizance at its meeting held today, July 29
of 2022, from the resignation of the general manager Mr. Roberto Hetz Vorpahl to count from the day
September 5, 2022, who will continue to hold office until that date. The
Board of Directors thanked Mr. Roberto Hetz for his commitment, professionalism, contributions
and human quality throughout the period that he has exercised and led the administration of
the company and for the achievements obtained.
In a timely manner, and before September 5, the person of the new
General Manager of the Company.
We would be grateful if the Commission had presented this information and considered it to be complied with.
