By agreement of the Board of Directors of Sociedad Hipódromo Chile S.A., in session
of March 02, 2023, it was agreed to call an Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting for April 20
of 2023, at 11 am, in the Board Room, fourth floor, Paddock Building, on Avenida
Hipódromo Chile 1715 A, of this city.
The purpose of the Board is:
a) To know and pronounce on the Annual Report, Statements of Financial Position and the
corresponding Comprehensive Income Statements, Changes in Equity, Statement of
Cash Flow and Report of the External Auditors, for the Year between
January 01 and December 31, 2022.
b) Remuneration of the Board of Directors.
c) Appointment of External Auditors.
d) Determination of the journal for publications.
e) Account of the Acts and Contracts referred to in art. 44 of Law No. 18.046.

(f) Dividend distribution and dividend policy, and
g) Other matters of the board.
The holders of shares will have the right to participate in the Ordinary Meeting.

appointment of the External Auditors for the period 2023, will be available on the site
www.hipodromochile.cl together with the Annual Report 2022, as of April 01 of this
