Ref.: Informs of the holding of the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting
For our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of article 9* and article 10″ second paragraph
of the Securities Market Law and the instructions contained in the Securities Market Law
General Character N*30 of the Commission under your charge, being duly satisfied
Authorized, I comply with informing you that, in extraordinary session dated 30 of
March 2023 the Board of Directors of Sociedad de Rentas Comerciales S.A., agreed to convene
a Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting for April 26, 2023, at 3:00 p.m., at
be held at the offices of the company located on Avenida Alonso de Córdova
N*4125 13th floor, commune of Vitacura, city of Santiago.
The purpose of the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting will be that the attendees
pronounce on the following matters:
1) Approval of the Annual Report, the Balance Sheet, the Income Statement, the Statement of
Cash Flow and the Notes to the Financial Statements and Report of the External Auditors
corresponding to the financial year 2022.
2) Distribution of Profits.
3) Appointment of External Auditors for the period 2023.
4) Designation of the official newspaper.
5) Information on transactions with related parties.
6) To know any matter of social interest that corresponds to deal with in
Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting, in accordance with the law and the company’s bylaws.
The attendance at the Meeting of the shareholders representing
100% of the shares issued by the Company with voting rights, which is why
which has omitted the summons to it, in accordance with the provisions of Article 60
of Law 18.046.
