Ref.: Summons to Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting.
Madam President:
In compliance with Article 9? and second paragraph of article 10? of
Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market and General Rule No. 30 of the
Commission for the Financial Market, and duly authorized, I inform you of the following,
as an essential fact of Sociedad de Inversiones Pampa Calichera S.A. (the
“Society”):
At a meeting held on September 8, 2022, the Board of Directors of the Company,
agreed to convene and summon the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders of the Company, for the 5th
October 2022, at 10:00 a.m. (the “Meeting”, to be held exclusively
remote, all in the terms provided in the General Standard N * 435 and the
Official Circular Letter N* 1141 and N* 1.149, both issued by the Commission for the Market
