as an essential fact of Sociedad de Inversiones Pampa Calichera S.A. (the
“Society”):
That, on April 29, 2022, the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of the
Society, in which the following agreements were approved, among others:
1.
The Annual Report, Balance Sheet, Financial Statements and report of the company
external audit, corresponding to the year ended 31 December of the year
2021;
Shareholders agreed to ratify the interim dividends paid and approved
the distribution of 100% of the net profits of the year 2021, which
amount to MUS $283,440 net of tax; approving the distribution of the balance of the
distributable profits for the year 2021, amounting to MUS $98,440, which is
will pay at the rate of US$ 0.03796804 for each Series A share and US $0.04176484 for each Series A share.
