In compliance with Article 9? and second paragraph of article 10? of

for the Financial Market, and duly authorized, I inform you of the
next, as an essential fact of Sociedad de Inversiones Oro Blanco S.A. (the
“Society”):
What
On April 29, 2022, the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of the
Society, in which the following agreements were approved, among others:
1.
The Annual Report, Balance Sheet, Financial Statements and report of the company
external audit, for the year ended 31 December
year 2021;
The shareholders agreed to ratify the interim dividends paid and
approved the distribution of 100% of the liquid profits of the year 2021,
those amounting to MUS $216,135 net of tax; approving to distribute the
balance of distributable profits for the financial year 2021, amounting to SSM
$56,824, to be paid at the rate of US$ 0.00026734 per share, to be paid
Shareholders as of May 18, 2022, in its equivalent
in pesos national currency, according to the value of the Observed Dollar that
shall be published in the Official Journal on 5 May 2022.
In addition, the distribution of a possible dividend in the amount of
MUS $103,049 charged to accumulated profits from previous years,
to be paid at the rate of US$ 0.00048481 per share, to be paid to the gentlemen
Shareholders as of May 18, 2022, in its equivalent in pesos
national currency, according to the value of the Observed Dollar that will appear
published in the Official Journal on 5 May 2022.
3. Pricewaterhouse Coopers Consultores Auditores SpA, (“PwC”) was appointed
as an external audit firm for the financial year 2022.
4. Other matters of social interest within the competence of the Board were dealt with
Ordinary Shareholders of the Company.
A copy of the minutes of the ordinary meeting will be sent to the Committee in due course.
