Mr. Vice-President,
In compliance with Article 9? and second paragraph of article 10% of
Law No. 18.045 on the Securities Market and Commission Circulars No. 660 and 1062
for the Financial Market, and duly authorized, I inform you of the following, in
essential factual character of Sociedad de Inversiones Oro Blanco S.A. (the “Company”):
In a meeting held on April 7, 2022, the Board of Directors of the Company agreed
propose to the next Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of the Company to be held on 29
April of the current year, which approves the distribution and payment of final dividends
for the 2021 business year, and in favour of the respective shareholders, 100% of the
net profit for the 2021 business year, which reached the sum of MUS $216,135 net
of taxes.
Considering the provisional dividend paid on January 17, 2022, for a
amount of US$0.00074952 per share, there is an amount to be distributed of MUS$56,824.
Additionally, it was agreed to propose the distribution of an eventual dividend in the amount of
MUS $103,049 charged to accumulated profits from previous years.
The profit that is proposed to be distributed as an additional definitive dividend,
will correspond to US$0.00026734 per share and the one that is proposed to be distributed as a dividend
eventual, will correspond to US$0.00048481 per share.
This amount, if approved, will be paid in its equivalent in pesos, currency
national, according to the observed dollar exchange rate on the day on which the dividend is
approved by the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting, in favour of those shareholders of the Company
that are registered in the respective Registry, on the fifth working day prior to that in
that the same will be paid.
