Securities, and in Section 11 Paragraph 2.2. of General Standard N930 of the
Superintendence of Securities and Insurance, and its modifications, I come to communicate in
character of essential fact to you, that today in regular meeting of the Board of Directors
NO 296, it was agreed to proceed with the payment of a provisional dividend charged to the results
of the year 2022, for the amount of $ 3,589,495,040.- on December 7, 2022.
According to the above, an amount of $ 320.- per share will be paid.
Likewise, those shareholders who are
registered in the Register of Shareholders at midnight on the fifth business day preceding
the one from which the right can be exercised, that is, those registered at midnight
on Thursday, December 1, 2022.
