In compliance with the provisions of Articles 90 and 10 of the Securities Market Law, and
in Section 11 Paragraph 2.2. of Commission General Standard NO 30 for the
Financial Market, and its modifications, I come to answer the Official Letter N* 66317 dated 26
of August 2022, hereinafter the “Office”, and complement essential fact of Society of
Inversiones Norte Sur S.A., hereinafter the “Company”, dated August 25, 2022,
concerning the signing of an agreement to dispose of part of the Company’s shareholding in NS
Agro S.A.
In this regard, we inform that neither the board nor the shareholders’ meeting has made a decision.
on the destination of the funds obtained from the sale of part of the participation in
NS Agro S.A.
Without prejudice to this, in the last liquidations of assets, the resources obtained in the
Disposals have been destined to the payment of taxes, payment of liabilities, distribution of
dividends to shareholders and to the normal operation of the Company.
It should be noted that a portion of the transaction funds would be received, in case of
the suspensive conditions are fulfilled during the last quarter of this year.
